- Beeswax-lined buckets are watertight for as long as the lining lasts
- Do not use for standing water and avoid water temperature extremes
- Unlined buckets leak rapidly
- Stained an attractive amber color with a wax-based preservative that helps prevent shrinking, splitting and warping
- Not for drinking water
