Slater's Hammer
This design has been around for generations and comes to us from Europe. Sharp end is used for punching nail holes in slate, blunt end for driving nails, and the slot in the head is for pulling out nails. Edge of hammer shaft for cutting slate. Lustrous, rust-resistant steel with leather grip. Right handed. 13 1/2"L, 1 1/2 lb.
