Nothing cheap and plastic here. Even extra-large potatoes won't put up a struggle. Extra weight means easy cutting for perfect 3/8" square fries every time. Cast iron base and handle with food-safe powder coated finish, stainless steel trough and blades. Can handle potatoes up to 6"L and 3"OD. Mount on wall or counter. Makes 50 lb of fries per hour. 17"L x 8"W, 10 1/2 lb, imported.
