Cast Iron String Dispenser
Used by shopkeepers in the days of the old-time General Store. Customers' purchases were wrapped in brown paper and tied with string. Holder conveniently hangs from ceiling or under worktable; pull string through a hole at the bottom. Cast for us from antique patterns we discovered in an old warehouse. Holds string balls up to 2 1/2"OD. 5"W x 5"L, 1 1/4 lb. Imported.
