Mills #C17A, (Our Best Grain Mill), and #525 (Diamant Mill) do a decent job if you run the seeds through at a coarse setting. To separate shells from seeds, blow them away with a fan or put in water and skim hulls off surface. (Shells are lighter than seeds.) Order Country Journal article for details!
