Glass jars with glass lids have been used all over Europe since 1900. To use as canning jars, clamp glass lid and rubber seal on jar with two stainless steel clamps. Seal tight in water bath or pressure canner. Jars, lids and clamps are all reusable. (The FDA states that rubber seals should NOT be reused.) Stay-fresh plastic covers must be purchased separately.

3¾" opening makes jars easy to fill, clean and stack in pantry.
