"I purchased the SimmerMat about a year ago and just love it! It works so great. I have a glass top stove, so I have to use it with the bumps down. It's fantastic for slow cooking everything. Milk dishes (puddings, etc.), chili, rice - none of it will burn. But it has to be used on low heat, so do follow the instructions."

"I ordered two simmer mats for use on my propane gas range. They are everything I'd hoped they'd be. I have used them for simmering large pots of sauce for canning, as well as cooking soup, sauce and rice. Previously it was impossible to actually simmer anything on my stove. At the lowest burner setting items still continued to boil vigorously. With the simmer mat I can actually obtain and maintain a technical simmer for extended periods of time. As of dinner tonight, I was very happy that I had purchased two since I had a sweet and sour sauce and rice to cook simultaneously. The mats look exactly the same after multiple uses as they did the day I unpacked them. They show no changes from prolonged exposure to the flames. I'm thoroughly satisfied. So glad a product like this exists!"

"I love this product!!! I made a melted chocolate sauce and with the simmermat on low heat it was so easy. I use it for all my sauces now and for slow cooking and to keep my food warm. It works wonders when you use it on low heat. My food never burns! Just wonderful item!!!"
