A flip of the switch turns beef into freshly ground sirloin, ground round, or any other choice cut of beef, chicken or pork. Meat feeds easily and quickly into the grinder. Just drop the meat in the hopper and the auger pulls it right into the knife. Grinds more than a pound per minute. Remove from motor base for easy cleaning.
