Here's How it Works:
When the air is heated, it expands, pushing a piston outward; when the same volume of air is rapidly cooled, it contracts, pulling the same piston inward, providing power. The same volume of air is alternately heated and cooled at a very rapid pace converting the heat energy to mechanical energy used to turn the fan blade.

Starting your Fan
Place on a flat area of heating surface. When the base of the fan has warmed up, gently flip the fan in a counterclockwise direction and the fan will start. Speed will automatically increase at higher temperatures and decrease as your stove cools. Operates most efficiently at 450-650°F.
