Sweet Potato Casserole

- 1 1/2 C. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 C. milk
- 2 large cans sweet potatoes, drained
- 3/4 C. oats
- 3 T. flour
- 3/4 C. brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/3 C. melted butter
- Mini marshmallows
Mix first 6 ingredients with mixer. Grease baking dish and pour in. Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle over. Bake uncovered at 350°F for 25 minutes. Put marshmallows on top and bake 5 more minutes.
