GRANDMA'S LYE BAR SOAP DESCRIPTION
"This is a superior alternative to store bought chemical-heavy soaps. It cleans very well and does not have a strong scent. It is gentle on the skin and cleans without irritating. It is also the longest lasting soap I have ever used. That, along with the peace of mind of knowing exactly what is in this product (water, lard, lye) makes it a worthwhile purchase." --Benjamin

"After 20+ years of adult acne, it is the only cleanser that has worked!" --A Satisfied Lehman's Customer

"I highly recommend it for families who live and play in the country! My grandkids would always come in after playing outside and they would have chigger bites or even ticks on them. Using Grandma's soap I use it like lotion on thier legs back and neck and no bug bites! I also use it when gardening to keep from chigger bites, even when I mow the lawn, and the hunters in our family will use it before going hunting. It covers up the human scent, plus protects them from the bugs!"

"Grandma's Lye Soap is a lifesaver for me! I have Lichen Sclerosis and using this soap does not inflame my skin!! Recommended by another female with the same condition, I am truly thankful to have tried it. While it makes my body skin feel smooth, I have no fears... Cannot tell you how much stress something as simple as bathing was for me. PLUS, this bar last a very long time! Very, very grateful for this product!"

"I'm 66, and will use only this soap to bathe with. At my age, people compliment my youthful complexion frequently, and someone said recently that I looked like I was still in my forties! I do not consider myself to be vain, but I must admit that I appreciated those words at my age. I also use a "Vic Cloth" with this product to exfoliate my skin, and I think they work together well. Why do women spend so much money on chemical face creams, when these time-tested products do so much better? You will not be disappointed! "

"Love it! I can shower with it and not sneeze or get ichy like I do with most homemade soaps. I also ordered it because I was nostalgic, as many great-grandma used to make it. My cats tolerate the scent much better than perfumed soaps and don't shy away when I go to pet them."

"I watched this product for a long time and kept putting off buying it because of the price. $5. doesn't seem like much but I'm stocking 4 bathrooms. I finally jumped in and bought some at a local store. All 3 of my children have psoriasis and to be honest if I hadn't heard it would help psoriasis I doubt I would have bought it. Grandma's Lye Soap has proven to be of excellent quality, a good financial choice as the bars last a long, long time and all 3 of my sons tell me it has helped the itching of psoriasis. Grandma's Lye Soap is at present the only soap I stock in our bathrooms, though I am learning Zote is good too. I very much like this product."

"Plain and Simple, Just like Grandma Daugherty used to make. Last as long as 3 bars of regular soap and works better than any name brand out there."
