"I've had one of these for many years and it still functions perfectly. A few years ago, I purchased an extra bucket, but the original is still in great shape. I make our yogurt using powdered milk and reserved yogurt from the previous batch. I use a large, heavy towel to wrap the whole thing up in and when it's done, I can store the yogurt in the bucket in the refrigerator. I've purchased several electric models over the years, but none of them have worked as well as this one. This allows me to make two quarts at a time too. We enjoy yogurt most mornings with preserves and homemade granola, so a 2 quart batch lasts us about a week. Love this thing!"
