"As a little girl, I remember my grandmother using sorghum in her desserts. When I finally grew up it became hard to find, don't get me wrong, you could find molasses (which is related, but not the same), so I put it out of my mind as a sweet memory. Thanks to Lehman's, I can now enjoy my grandma's ginger cookies, old fashioned applesauce cookies, cakes, breads and etc...it's such a light nutritious sweetener, I believe all home cook's should at least try it. The flavor is awesome. "

"I had never tried sorghum before, but now I'm hooked. I use it in bread and cakes. It's like molasses, but not so heavy. Particularly good for gingerbread."

"This was okay, but I guess I am just not a sorghum guy. I like that Lehman's offers this in a "sampler size" instead of just the big jug."
