"It wasn't what I was expecting! Almost all the recipes I tried from here were terrible, maybe it was just me. They did have some excellent information in it, though."

"I expected a book more focused on lower total sugars and fats. There was too much hamburger, honey, and maple syrup for my vegetarian, health-conscious focus. However, whole grains were featured. I gave the book to a friend who would better appreciate the natural "comfort food" recipes. The recipes do look easy to follow and the results are probably delicious."
