"I bought them as a gift for my wife & she loved it so much I got her another. She loves the way it bakes & especially like the ease of clean up. She is able to put it in the dishwasher and unlike aluminum cake pans, the dishwasher detergent does not dissolve the pan. She said this is one of those pans you can pass down to your child."

This pan looks really nice, too. A few times my wife has used it for potlucks and everyone asks where she got it. The only drawback is that the lid doesn't lock on, but I never really expected it to in the first place."

"I bought four of these pans when they were the Markdown of the Month. I gave three of them to my three grown daughters for Christmas, keeping one for myself----and am I glad I did! The pan bakes evenly, cleans up easily with a short soaking and non-abrasive cleaning sponge, and looks terrific! And the nice tall sides make it perfect for lasagna! I haven't had any problems with sharp edges either. I would definitely recommend it!"

"I always suggest this as being an excellent wedding gift, you can have the lid engraved with their last name and the date of the wedding. Also include one of your favorite cookbooks."

"The first thing I made in this pan was a standing rib roast for Christmas. I used the drippings for au jus and after, the clean up was as easy as Teflon with a little soak. The taller sides than a normal cake pan made it a perfect choice for this application. I noticed that a couple negative reviews cited sharp edges on the cover. The edges are not rolled, but they are not sharp. To say one could never get cut would be pushing it, but I can't imagine that happening. I washed it by hand and, freely and lavishly, ran the cloth up and down the edge. If you decide not to purchase this item, don't let it be because of the edges. As far as the discoloring goes, mine hasn't discolored yet, but it seems that would not be a functional issue but rather cosmetic, so you need to decide if that was important to you. So far, I love my pan and bought 2 for gifts for daughter and daughter-in-law."

"I love this pan! Been looking for an affordable SS 13x9 pan for awhile. I purchased 3 of these pans because the price was so reasonable. Getting rid of everything aluminum in my kitchen for health reasons. Thanks Lehmans."

"Just received my stainless steel pan with cover, and I think it is GREAT quality for the price. I was lucky enough to buy it while it was the Markdown of the Month. I wanted a pan I could bake a big meat pie or lasagna in, and then just cover the leftovers for reheating the next night. I have aluminum covered pans, but I don't like to leave food in them that will discolor in contact with aluminum. I could not find a similar pan made in stainless steel in any store, so I went online. I'm very happy that Lehman's had their pan on sale, but even at the regular price it is still the least expensive covered stainless steel pan of this size that I found offered anywhere online."

"So far, my only complaint is that it is made in China. Had I read the description more carefully, I would have seen that it was "imported", which would have alerted me to its origin. I would not have made the purchase, knowing that information."

"It was well packaged and arrived in a timely manner and looked great. However, the first time I used it, the recipe called for the pan to be greased. The batter did not come as high as I had greased the sides of the pan and it now appears that the finish is off all around the pan above the batter line.Where the batter was is just fine."

"Lehman's should provide only American-made products if they really want to be good. I've been trying to find this item but refuse to support China when there are probably better American-made products possibly less expensive or at least equal. "

"Returned pan. It is not "heavy duty." It is lightweight and the center panel on bottom easily bends out and in as it's cleaned or carried with batter into the oven."
