Use this old-time, no-fuss method, still used by gourmet cooks today. Simply place food (such as poultry, beef, seafood, vegetables, herbs and whole spices) in bag, place in pot and boil or steam.
- Fine mesh bags stretch to hold a whole chicken or beef roast, vegetables, herbs and spices
- Tie the end off or secure with twine
- After cooking, remove the sock and leave the stock. Discard after use
- Pack of 3 bags.
