"I'm an environmentalist and got tired of plugging in my battery-powered trimmer, waiting for it to charge, knowing full well the battery wouldn't hold the charge long (wasting energy in the process). The electric trimmer I had didn't do a very good job either. I'm very happy to have made this purchase! Not only are no batteries or chargers required, this actually cuts the hair, and only the hair! I used this inside my nose, as I needed, and also to get the little pesky hairs underneath my nostrils that my Merkur safety razor (the best way to shave!) cannot reach comfortably. The blades are sharp, but there is NO way it can actually touch your skin. It's the size of a broken pencil- you know, the one that broke but you sharpened it anyway, to get some use out of it? This is the best tool in my drawer, and I'm convinced it'll last forever! It comes with a little brush for cleaning, though I just run it under the faucet when done, taking care not to get water into the handle part."
