Tip and Flip Cultivator

Without a doubt, the Amish know gardening - many rely on garden produce to sustain their families over long winters. So it's not surprising when an Amish farmer comes to us with a new innovation to make tasks faster and more efficient. This lightweight, easy-to-handle cultivator is a perfect example of Amish ingenuity.
  • Use the 3-tine cultivator (9-1/2"W) to break up hard, crusted soil and prepare seed beds for planting
  • Flip the whole thing over, adjust the handles and use the single trowel (4-1/2"W) to make rows for seeding, without stopping to switch implements or find another tool
  • Two large screws let you adjust handles and implements in seconds
  • Locally made in Ohio by an Amish farmer
  • Solid steel frame, 18-1/2"OD wheel and implements are painted black for extra rust resistance
  • Strong, comfortable hardwood handles (46-1/2"L and 3/4" thick) adjust from 28-3/4"H to 44-1/2"H
  • 19-1/2 lb, hardware included

"Just got my cultivator and took it right out and started using it. I had looked at others and they don't compare. This really is solidly made. The fabrication is with real steel and hardwood and not flimsy sheet metal. I almost got a small power cultivator and am so glad I didn't. Have had a large tiller for 30 years and this supplements it well."

"I have been looking for one of these units because I like the flexibility of quickly switching from plow to cultivator with ease. While it is not a "new innovation" (I used a very old one as a child 40 years ago), it is a very useful tool. Glad Lehman's has gained access to it!"
