"Ordered 2 loaf pans for baking. They are lighter than the traditional heavy metal porcelain coated, which makes it easier to handle and wash. The bread also cools faster than the older style pans, though a bit longer for them to rise if your bread is not rising in a warm enough location in the kitchen. The cooking is even, and corn bread comes out wonderful; clean up is EASY."
