RESTAURANT-STYLE STAINLESS STEEL GRIDDLE SPATULA DESCRIPTION
"This spatula is one of my prized kitchen tools. Its heft and obvious quality are a pleasure to see. The heft and blade size are perfect for my griddle and charcoal grill . . ." --Bill

"Very good product. Very thick metal that would be almost impossible to bend. Heavy enough that it could be used as a general paint/floor scraper. But I would recommend using in a steel or iron skillet." --A Satisfied Lehman's Customer

"This spatula has quickly become a favorite tool while cooking in our kitchen. It took a little getting used to since it is stiffer than I was used to, but after a few weeks, I can't imagine cooking without it."

"Heavy high quality, but should be washed by hand. It's good for scraping pan and cutting eggs, and basic spatula stuff."

"I bought one of these from Lehman's a couple of years ago. Both sons are kitchen managers in an Italian-American pub and when this spatula went up for grabs due to personal circumstances, they were both trying to get their hands on it. Both say it's the best - equal to the ones in their restaurant!"

"This spatula is one of my prized kitchen tools. Its heft and obvious quality are a pleasure to see. the heft and blade size are perfect for my griddle and charcoal grill. I do wish that the corners of the blade were rounded to protect the food from the sharp points. I do feel that if I am careful I can learn to use it correctly. Thank you for a very handy tool."
