We call this crusher "heavy-duty" because we've had one mounted in our warehouse for a year and it takes a beating almost daily. Made of tough black plastic, it crushes aluminum cans to about 1" thick, and FAST - up to 10 cans in about 10 seconds. Ensures you never have to handle a wet, messy or sharp-edged can again.
  • Large hopper holds up to 10 cans.
  • Just pull the 16" lever and can is crushed and dropped into your waiting receptacle. Makes recycling a breeze!
  • Contains only 2 moving parts for long life and works on various sizes of aluminum cans.
  • 15-1/4"H, 6"W. Made of recycled material.

"I do not understand. This product works as stated, exactly as stated. No, it is not a heavy duty model that will crush steel cans; however, it is not advertised as such and the cost is far below a heavy duty crusher. I find this unit easy to use and so does my grandson. It works, that's all there is to say."

"It's quite a stretch calling this "heavy duty." I'd call it "flimsy." It's also a stretch saying it will hold 10 cans. It might hold 8 - 9 is the 9th one is sticking out the top. The handle hangs down so it's in the way with no way to hold it up. I have a rubber band holding my handle up. I installed one at home and bought one for a restaurant, but I'm reluctant to install the one in the restaurant because I don't have room for the handle sticking out, and I'm afraid someone will bump into it and it will fall apart."

"This product is flimsy and clumsy to use. You're better off crushing your aluminum cans with a shod foot."
