"This is our first pump: REVEAL-for a school play yard. We didn't want to spend a lot and got a pump that is sturdy, but has had to be worked on twice a year at least to replace check leathers often, inside of pump needs constant upkeep. Will try another."

"This pump can only be described as a piece of crap. After waiting 3-4 months to get this hand pump, I finally received it yesterday. I bought it to replace a $25 pump I bought from a chain store known for cheap Chinese tools, and I'll have to say the cheaper pump is far better. The makers of this poorly put-together pump just painted over everything instead of painting the individual parts, so it would be difficult to take apart for servicing, and just removing the priming plug caused the cheap gasket to fall apart, since it had paint on it. Although I didn't bother to put it on a well, the pumping action is rough and not nearly what I expected for this price. It's also much smaller that what I would have thought given the cost. I'm returning it as quick as I can. I don't write many reviews, but thought I should warn folks of this item before they spent the money on shipping, only to have to return it. One positive note, and that is "Lori" did great job of carefully packing it for shipment. I'm sorry I put her to the trouble..."
