10 1/2 QT STAINLESS STEEL STEAM JUICER DESCRIPTION
The "no-work" method-The fastest easiest way to extract pure seed-free juice - no cranking peeling pressing pitting or straining!
  1. Drop any soft-skinned fruit or vegetable into the fruit basket and add sugar to taste (if desired). Grapes or berries can be left whole on the stem but apples should be sliced (no need to core).
  2. Fill water kettle put steamer on your range or wood stove and put up your feet.
  3. In about an hour the steam will cook about three to five quarts of juice out of the fruit. Chill and drink or bottle and store. (Many kinds can be diluted by up to half and usually need little sugar.)
Snug-fitting parts prevent steam from escaping and lower-seated drain hose lets you draw out more juice without having to tip the juicer (a pretty clumsy task).

Proven effective in generations of use in Finland-Gentle steam heat (around 165) and moisture extract nearly all the juice from any soft fruit or vegetable. The vitamins are left intact and the only waste is a nearly dry mostly colorless pulp. (It makes excellent compost.) No moving parts to break.

Juice is safe for long-term storage-Steam heat eliminates bacteria and germs so juice cannot ferment. (We've stored ours for as long as five years before drinking.)

Doubles as steam-cooker-Use it year around for any type of meat or vegetable! Steam cookery retains valuable nutrients and delicate flavors. Liquids that collect can be used in broths soups or sauces.

"If you make jelly this is a must. No more peeling and chopping apples. No more pitting cherries. You literally throw the fruit in and in an hour you have juice. Simply amazing!"

"This juicer is fantastic. We borrowed one last year to do grape juice and couldn't believe how well it worked. We liked it so well that we are going to buy our own. Bruce DB Lehman's employee"

"I am a CSR @ Lehman's, and I purchased this item 1 year ago. I just love the fact that it makes grape juice so fast and saves alot of time. A customer also told me that they take tomatoes, and add celery, onions, garlic, and make a "cocktail". They then process the "remains" in their blender making a thicker and more vitamin rich drink. Well worth the $ investment."

"I can't say enough good things about that steamer. I use it so much. . . in making apple juice, applesauce, grape jelly and elderberry jelly. I could do without a lot in the kitchen before I'd do without my steamer."
