"I've owned 2 of the Originals for several years now which I bought through Lehman's and love them. I just wanted to pick up 2 more. I use them for camping, rendezvous, and during power outages. I get about 3 nights of light between fills and the wicks are a standard (and therefore inexpensive) size to replace. Globes, burner, fuel caps, all designed to be replaced inexpensively. I haven't had any problems with mine leaking from the bottom seam. (Maybe you shouldn't drop them.) For preparedness one shouldn't need anything more than 4 of these and a couple spare parts to last them decades. Oh ya, and some Kerosene!"

"Originally ordered 2 to compliment my oak amish entertainment center. Bought one more to be a center piece on my oak kitchen table. They all work and add a nice touch to the rooms they are in"

"We've purchased three of these for our camp. All three have leaked along the seam on the bottom. One lost it's ability to lift the globe when the lever is pushed. All in all, a poor quality product. I fixed the leaks with solder and they are OK now, except for the crappy gaskets on the fill plugs. Couldn't say I'd recommend this particular model to anyone."
