"I am so happy to finally find another way to use my canning jars. Now they don't just take up space in the cabinet."

"These were a wonderful addition to my kitchen accessories! No more searching for bands and used lids to top my jars. What else is nice, is if you use a dry-erase maker, you can mark the top of the lid with the date you opened the jar to keep an eye on freshness! Then when you're done, just wipe off the date, wash and start over!"

"The lids are perfect for closing partially used jars. They do leak. If you want to make them leak proof, purchase a box of the Tattler reusable rubber rings (just the rings, not the plastic caps). Put a rubber ring on the top edge of the jar then carefully screw on the storage cap. Works like a charm."

"We store all our bulk foods in small to large canning jars. These lids give our pantry a clean look and are so much easier to open than metal rings. Absolutely love them!"

"Have been using these lids for years on different sizes of canning jars to store foods of all types. Can't live without them now. If you haven't tried them yet you are missing out. Just one thing - like the other reviewers said - they will leak a little if you use them for liquids like water or milk. They work OK for creamy salad dressings though. I sometimes use them for milk but keep the jar upright."

"I had purchased some of these several years ago and kept running out of them as they were on many canning jars that were in my frig. Gave some to my kids also along with the canned items I made them. They are an awesome addition to any kitchen. "

"I use my canning jars for all kinds of things. Refrigerator pickles, culturing buttermilk and yogurt, storing leftovers, as well as canning. I've been eying these caps for years and finally got some. Wish I'd done it ages ago - these are sooooo nice to have! No more rusty canning jar rings in the fridge! They fit beautifully and are very easy to clean."

"Love these! Very handy for placing on canning jars that go in the fridge after opening. These are much easier for my kiddos than the balancing of lid and ring, and since I don't store my canned goods with their rings, it's easier than digging into my seasonally stored canning equipment to fetch rings."

"Perfect! Great and useful product! When a jar of home made pickles is opened, I like to replace the metal rim with these plastic caps."

"Way easier than canning lids for storing open jars in the fridge. However, does not seem to be completely water tight. When shaken, will spill."
