"This lightweight roaster is very versatile. I not only use it for roasting and baking, but I boil potatoes and steam vegetables in it as well. On the stove top, I use medium-low to low heat for cooking. This is a great little roaster for cooking for two."

"The perfect size for two! Nothing cooks like these and I have every size so when I saw this one I had to have it. Love it. Handles would be nice but this one is a keeper!"

"I was going to send this back, but it's cute, so,I'm going to have to find something other than the pictured chicken to roast in this pan. I roast chickens in the 4-5 lb range. No way to put on in here! If this pan were filled with a casserole, there would be 4 large servings. This pan is well made and has drip points inside the cover. A LOT lighter weight than my glass casserole of similar size."

"These little roasters are hard to find. Hard to tell from the picture but this is a circular roaster, different from the larger ones which are oval shaped. The bottom pan doesn't have handles like the larger roasters do either which makes it a little harder to grab coming out of the oven."
