If we all had a wise Italian grandmother, we’d all have a mezzaluna passed down to us. These traditional crescent-shaped cutters (mezzaluna means "half moon") are perfectly suited to delicate chopping and mincing. Hold the two handles and gently rock the blades back and forth.
