"These are AWESOME dvd's! The family all join in to make these videos and even my kids love to watch them! I have volumes 1, 2 & 3 and am anxious for 4! Everything from canning potatoes, making cheese, tapping maple trees to make syrup, yogurt, keifer, noodles, canning meats including recepies for even bologne! The mom also tells how she uses combinations of herbs to make her own vitamin powders to mix into smoothies! Watching these videos gave me inspiration to be 'more green'. I have purchased a lot of the same equipment she uses from Lehman's and got right to work! I feel in today's economic times, we all should be a little more 'green' and SAVE a little more 'green'! I also feel some satisfaction in knowing I'm doing what's best for my family's health. These videos are surprisingly well made, hold the interest of my whole family and is a good tool to demonstrate how a family working together can accomplish so much more! A great lesson for the kids! I've even had help peeling potatoes & carrots for canning! Can't wait for the 4th one!"
