Delight everyone on your list with a true taste of Ohio’s Amish Country. You can find ham and cheese anywhere – but this is not ordinary ham and cheese. Of course we’re biased, but we think our organic Lacy Baby Swiss cheese and Streb’s Old Hickory ham is the perfect pairing for sandwiches, appetizer plates or just plain snacking.
  • Certified-organic raw milk cheese has been aged for 60 days for full, rich flavor
  • Old-fashioned hickory-smoked ham can be served hot or cold
  • Gift pack includes one fully cooked, boneless ham (approx. 2-3 lb) and 2-6 oz pkgs. cheese
  • USA made
Note: Ham contains monosodium glutamate.

"I ordered one of these as a gift for my mom. It was mistakenly sent here, but I called and they sent another one to my mom at no extra charge, and they let me keep the one that was sent here. Great customer service. And I'm so glad it was sent here because it was SO delicious. Had ham and cheese for several meals, then made yummy ham and bean soup with the rest of the ham. I will definitely order this again as a gift for someone."
