If you love cooking with cast iron but have trouble lifting and carrying the heavy pieces, this pan is for you. These pans perform like cast iron, because they are cast iron - but they're made with a special process that makes them about 50% lighter than the traditional kind. Just like regular cast iron pans, they retain and transmit heat evenly, with no hot spots.
  • Use on the stovetop and in the oven
  • Pre-seasoned, reinforced ceramic surface is easy to clean and rust-free
  • Riveted stainless steel handles
  • 9-1/2" pan with 7"L handle, 2-1/4 lb.
  • Imported

"Love this pan - I have my dad's old cast iron skillet but it is huge and I am only cooking for one now and wanted a smaller one to use. It is the best!"

"We ordered two of these pans and they performed well. Food does not stick and clean up is easy. They are well made with a strong handle. I think everyone should have at least one of the pans. "

"I love, love, love this pan. Nothing sticks to it. Heat is evenly distributed. Medium to low heat is all you need. Just like the old heavy cast iron pans but lighter! Good buy."

"This is one of the best pans I've ever used, as good as the Vollraths I used when cooking at a banquet hall. It holds heat well and works well on the glass- topped ranges. I can't wait for a chance to use this on a gas stove!"

"Love this pan! Heats quickly and needs a lower setting for cooking than non-stick coated pans so you save on bills! easier to clean too. Will be getting more of these pans."

"The best pan I have ever owned. That is a big statement, but really...it is a great pan. I have had it for several weeks and it hasn't made it back to the cupboard. I use it sometimes at every meal. I feel like the good knowing that I am not using the teflon that ends up flaking off into your food and the non stick surface on this pan is just perfect. It heats up fast and completely. You have to watch it and cook on a lower setting or you can end up burning the food. Overall, I love it and am planning on ordering the larger one one of these days also!"

"Love this pan- (1)my over easy eggs didn't stick, (2)pan isn't too heavy for me. My daughter-in-law loves it to, so it looks like I'll be ordering another one. Because it is lighter than regular cast iron, it heats up faster, so you need to keep an eye on it. The first time hubby used it, he burnt the grilled ham and cheese sandwich. But the next ones were perfect."

"Great pan, heats evenly like a cast iron pan should but is not as heavy, needs no seasoning and food does not stick. Any cook will love this pan."

"We love this pan! It cooks evenly, food doesn't stick, and it's so much lighter than regular cast iron. I always avoid non-stick pans because of the toxic chemicals, but this one has a safe ceramic coating. Easy to clean, too (but I'd avoid harsh scouring pads)."
