MENNO TEA DESCRIPTION

This bottled tea is inspired by a family recipe for the traditional meadow tea. Meadow tea is known as a cool, refreshing tea, which was originally made from wild mint plants that grew along the meadow. It's quite popular in Lancaster, Pennsylvania and other parts of the Midwest (including here in Ohio).

"This tea, with it's very light mint flavor, is unique, refreshing and delicious. I like the fact that it is actually sweetened with sugar, not high fructose corn syrup and not a 'diet' sugar that adds that awful taste. And it is not too terribly sweet. Good enough that I have it shipped to me in California! Nothing like it on a grocery store shelf!"

"The light mint taste sets this tea apart. It isn't too sweet, like so many other bottled teas I have tried. It stays light and refreshing. I highly recommend it!"

"I like that it uses sugar instead of high fructose corn syrup. And from what I know, quality people own this small company. I am a server and many of my customers like it. I would give it 5 stars if they came out with a lightly sweetened version (it is a bit too sweet for my tastes). All together it is a tasty tea."
