"This is a great lamp. Puts out a lot of light for an inexpensive lamp not only for emergency use but for everyday use. For filling, you must unscrew the burner, no filler hole."

"Nice lamp, painted underside of shade flat white and doubled the light reflected. Would have given it 5 stars but it is a little flimsy compared to a Deitz etc. But for $15 it is a good buy. Overall very happy with it."

"The lamp I am glad is itself a total match to the woodshed wall lamp if the means to hang it is removed. Two of my 4 lamps came with one side detached from the holding ring at the base. Do to this welding weakness. I wrapped steal wire around the base to make sure both sides were secure to the base on all 4 of these lamps. "

"Thought this lamp would throw off more light. Perhaps if the inside of the metal plate were white, it would. I am considering painting mine white."

"Not real easy to light. Could have a better design on how burner is attached to base. Gives off good light."

"Very low quality Chinese import. The frame needed to be carefully bent to allow globe to clear it so it would not break. The band that holds the lamp in the frame does not properly line up with the groove in the lamp and is ill fitting. 95% when item is imported it is from China and can't expect very much."

"Hard to light, and it leaks if you fill it up to the seam line. Not worth the price."
