Frozen Chocolate Sundae Crunch
5 c. flour 2½ c. melted butter
1¼ c. brown sugar 2½ c. chopped nuts
Mix until crumbly. Brown at 350° for 20 min. Cool crumbs. Keep 2 cups of crumbs for topping. Press the rest of crumbs into 2 - 9x13 pans.
Filling
2½ c. instant vanilla pudding powder 10 c. soft vanilla ice cream
5 c. milk  
Mix all thogether. Pour over crumbs. Top with remaining crumbs.
Topping
9 Tbsp. milk 1½ c. marshmallows
1½ c. chocolate chips  
Melt together topping then drizzle over crumbs, filling mixture, and crumbs. Freeze. Take out of freezer ½hr. before serving time. Serves 30. For variation add a tbsp. of cherry pie filling on each serving just prior to serving. Also good with banana slices and whipped cream.
