"Love this pan!!! Great product, good price! For crispy bottoms on the loaves, I've been using a wetter dough and sprinkling corn meal on the pan before I place my shaped loaf on the pan. Just a thought. Thanks :-)"

"I love the pan. It made wonderful bread. I have Celiac so I have to make my own bread and this it the first time I have had good Italian bread in several years. Very worth while!"

"Great pan, great value, great quality, my only complaint is that it's made in China...my fault for not noticing that the description said "Imported". I still would have bought it, because I needed one. Just a little disapointed"

"Overall this pan works pretty well. It can take some getting used to though, to get the dough proportions just right, so the loaf doesn't rise too high in the pan. Otherwise you come out with a really weird shaped loaf!"

"Didn't use this pan because we're concerned about metal cookware that's made in China. We'd pay more for a pan made in the US."
