HIGH-QUALITY PRESSURE CANNERS DESCRIPTION
Our pressure canners are more expensive than some but they are a once-in-a-lifetime investment. So carefully crafted they seal steam-tight with NO gasket to crack, clean or burn. Exclusive metal-to-metal seal withstands more pressure than gasketed seals, too. Sides are ¼" thick. Bottoms are even thicker and machined for perfect surface-to-surface heat transfer. All cast aluminum for generations of use.

Simple and safe to use so there is no need for close supervision since pressure cannot exceed setting (5, 10 or 15 lbs). Over-pressure plug acts as back-up. Stay-cool bakelite handles, easy-to-read pressure gauge and detailed owner's manual with recipes and canning hints.

"The first thing we noticed was the quality-top notch. We will certainly have many years of good service from this purchase, and it will be worth every cent. We purchased the 21 1/2 quart model."

"I have always had three pressure canners breathing fire at the same to get the canning done. But it took multiple reloads and alot of time. A couple years ago I broke down and bought the all american 41 qt and have not looked back! This thing takes 18-23 qt.jars in one batch depending on jar shape. I'm not sure how many pints like 40 or more, It's a 7 gallon pale of shelled sweet corn in one batch. This monster is a true time and work saver. PS, I got a seperate 35000 btu gas burner to fire this baby she needs alot of heat. Not sure if a regular stove burner will heat it."

"I've never written a review before but this pressure cooker is so worth it. I bought the 30 quart model last year, what a blessing it has been. This cooker is VERY easy to use. The regulation of the pressure is so easy, no comparison to my old cooker, and no rubber ring to worry about or re-adjust when it springs a leak. When you have alot of produce to preserve it is so nice to be able to put 14 quarts in and be done in half the time. I highly recommend this pressure cooker. It's worth every penney."

"I own 2 of these, the 10.5 and the 15.5. Be careful when buying that you have enough vertical clearance for the bigger ones on your stove! I love them both. Remember--they can also be used as excellent pressure cookers, which I also use them for. After using these canners, the cheapie Chinese made ones will never satisfy you again."

"I just purchased the 21.5qt pressure canner and only had a chance to can some bean soup. I was very pleased as to the ease of pressure canning. The soup turned out great. I would recommend this canner to anyone wanting to start pressure canning."
