"These pans work wonderfully well for gluten free french bread. Most gluten free dough is runny and ends up stuck in the standard holey french bread pans. This not only did not stick, it created a wonderful, much missed crusty loaf. The smaller French bread size also doubles as a pan for hoagie-style rolls using a different dough recipe. I am very pleased with the versatility of this pan."

"I have used this pan several times now and have been very disappointed. The bread DOES NOT brown on the bottom. I've tried different oven positions and temps and nothing helps. The top gets nice and crisp while the bottom remains soft and doughy. I have to flip the loaf over and cook for additional time to brown the bottom. These are a waste of money."
