Restore your leather's appearance without any harmful chemicals. Using a blend of just pure, natural oils, it leaves leather with a nice matte finish.
Why is it called "Schmutz?" This thick leather dressing was first created in the Amish community. "Schmutz" is a Pennsylvania-Dutch word used by the Amish that means "grease."
How do you use it? When we tested it on a pair of leather boots, we found that it made the boots appear slightly darker with an attractive matte finish (not glossy, but subtle and smooth-looking).
Remember: It may darken leather. To get the results you want, be sure to test on a small inconspicuous area first before applying a full treatment. Use only on genuine leather; do not use on suede.
