It's better than a totally hand help squeezer I have but I still had to use one that looks like your stainless reamer type because the countertop one leaves too much juice behind. The auto reamer is pretty useless.

I do not like the juicer it is to large for small hands, very difficult to work with. I will keep trying to make it work because I do not like returning items.
