Güde Knives: Hand-Forged for Four Generations!
Made by a long-time personal friend of Jay and Galen Lehman, Güde knives are hand-sharpened for true artisan quality. Unlike other German knives, the tang and blade are stamped from a single piece of stainless steel, so they are much stronger. Santoku knives are known for being well-balanced, lightweight and easy to use.
Note: Dimensions refer to blade length.
About Güde and the Alpha Series of Knives
Located in Solingen, Germany, Güde has been a family-run company since 1910 and is known for its artisan, restaurant quality knives that are manufactured from the highest quality steel. The Alpha Series knives, which begin as a single piece of specially alloyed cutlery steel, are hand forged, hand sharpened and go through more than thirty separate steps before completion. The knives feature finely polished grips made from Hostaform, a long-lasting plastic that is robust enough to withstand the wear-and-tear of preparing food. Bring nearly a century of tradition and quality into your home with a Güde knife!
