This book is concerned about safety and in that regard it is pretty good. Combined with other resources, it is a good start toward reducing your dependence on electricity from The Man. Burning wood is carbon neutral! Be aware that the systems described in this book call for 125 psi TPR Valves rather than the commonly used 150 psi valves. Of course I didn't see the mention of that until after I had purchased the 150psi valves from my local plumbing store.

All right, so it wasn't the most beautiful book to look at, but I felt that the information was helpful. We are now enjoying abundant hot water from our wood cookstove as well as a significantly reduced power bill--and we and our home are safe. Thanks, Lehmans, for all of your help!

I purchased this book or at least I thought it was a book. It turned out to be a pamphlet that appears to be duplicated through a copy machine. The information is brief, illustrations are incomplete, very poor quality and amateurish in presentation. I would not suggest buying this product and this purchase alone causes me to question Lehman's quality on anything. The one redeeming issue is that I did not pay shipping.

Well we have not read the booklet yet. BUT I was terribly disappointed that there was not even a cardboard cover. I understand I was buying the information but def. expected a better quality from Lehman's especially for the price!
