This is the handiest canning item for removing jars from their water bath. What I love most is I have tried other methods but feel safest with this type of jar lifter. What I like least is only having one because I can't seem to find where I stored it each year (with the jars, in the hot water pan, or in my cupboard drawers). I guess I will just need to purchase one for each of those places for next year.
