When using: Always use a little butter or cooking oil to prolong the life of the ceramic coating. Low to medium heat is recommended for best performance, since high heat will cause non-stick properties to diminish over time.
For cleaning care: Let pan cool before washing. Hand wash in warm water with dish soap and a soft sponge. Dry thoroughly.
