Texas Sheet Cake (from Sherri Lehman)
Cake:
2 sticks butter
1 C. water
4 T. cocoa
2 C. sugar
2 C. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
2 eggs
1/2 C. sour cream
Icing:
1 stick butter
4 T. cocoa
6 T. milk
1 lb powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

For cake: Melt butter in a saucepan. Add water and cocoa and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add remaining cake ingredients. Stir until combined. Pour into a greased and floured 11"x16" rimmed cookie sheet. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
For icing: Melt butter, cocoa and milk in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients. Pour icing on the baked cake while the cake is hot.
