Best Skillet Ever!!!

This nitrogen hardened skillet is the best skillet I've ever used! It has the ONLY non-toxic non-stick surface available in any cookware. It heats evenly, lets me see cooking progress through the clear glass lid and cleans up easily without any rust. Years ago I was a partner in a manufacturing company that used this surface nitriding process to treat various parts we made. The parts we treated were twice as slick as hard chrome and 5 times more corrosion resistant! These parts also lasted three times longer than other parts not treated with this process. This is not a coating on the metal pan; it is a molecular change in the first few molecules of the surface of the pan, so it will never scratch, chip or flake off. It is permanent and this pain will last forever! Lehman's needs to come out with an entire cook set with this nitrogen hardening treatment!!! PLEASE!!!!

Bought this skillet yesterday and tried it out this morning. Washed the skillet by hand, pre-heated it to dry and rubbed it down with olive oil. Eggs stuck some and potatoes stuck some. Not sure if I should use plastic utensils or metal. Washed the skilled by hand again and wiped it down will oil. We'll see if it improves. The skillet handles very nice so hopefully it will cure into non-stick.
Lehman's says: Thanks for the feedback! Here are some tips from Galen that might help: 1. It's fine to season the skillet, seasoning won't reduce the effect of the nitrogen treatment, and the two together will enhance each other. 2. Some foods might stick, these include high starch foods (like eggs) and high sugar foods (like caramelized onions).
