All I can say is WOW!!!!!! Just a little spray and eggs slide around in this skillet. Or cooked without oil eggs still get a nice brown that the spatula can still flip with very little effort. Used this to scramble a dozen eggs and clean up was just a quick wipe down with a paper towel and this was after cooking bacon in the pan. This could replace my cast iron as my go to skillet.
