Delivery & Handling Charges
We sell many different products, from $2 literature packets to complete modern kitchen sets with an old-time feel costing thousands of dollars. Small literature or brochure packets (not books), usually ship free within the United States; the cost to ship freight items is calculated with a personal quote (after completing your order online, we will call you before charging your credit card).
With those disclaimers out of the way, assuming standard shipping, most orders (to the lower 48 states) are shipped according the following chart.

Standard Shipping
Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST (Mon - Fri) typically ship the same day. Standard delivery is 5-7 business days from the ship date, excluding delays from weather, payment processing or carrier disruptions.
Expedited Shipping
2nd Day and Next Day Orders placed before 1:00 PM EST (Mon - Fri) will be shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 1pm will ship the next business day. Please note that orders placed after 1pm EST on Friday will not ship until the next business day. Applies to in-stock items only. Some oversized, heavy or drop shipped items may be excluded. No PO Boxes or APO/FPO. Additional shipping charges may apply to destinations located in Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.
Shipping to Canada
Shipping cost is $40 or 45% of Total of Goods (whichever is more).Customers assume responsibility for all duties and customs.
International Shipping
At this time, Lehman’s only ships orders to the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico.
Freight Items
Some of our larger, oversized, or heavy items ship via freight carrier. We offer freight services within the lower 48 states. For shipping options to Alaska or Hawaii, you would need to call and speak to a freight specialist.
Most freight items will ship via residential delivery with lift gate service. This means the carrier will drop the item off at your residence (outside). They will not, however, move the item indoors.
IMPORTANT: It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect merchandise carefully for any damage before signing the carrier’s paperwork. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for any damages

Duties and Customs are the responsibility of the customer.
Back Orders
These frustrate us as much as they do you, but with our unusual line of merchandise, these are sometimes unavoidable. When we have a back order, we'll let you know. If we don't supply the back ordered merchandise to you soon enough, just request a prompt refund and/or cancellation.
Satisfaction Guarantee
With our satisfaction guarantee, you can rest assured that if your order is not what you expected or our products are not satisfactory, you can return for a refund, credit or replacement within 30 days after the delivery of your order. It's that simple.
