Exactly like the water bath canner your mother used and still dotted with those famous white granny speckles. Remove the rack to cook a hefty batch of spaghetti sauce, lobster or corn on the cob. (In a pinch, it could even hold laundry for hand washing!)
Note: For your safety, this canner does not have handles due to its large size and heavy weight when filled. It's best to leave it on the stove and lift out each jar individually or ladle out food (when using as a stockpot). Then, let the canner cool naturally.
