This is not a knife designed for adults. I am a small woman and this knife's handle doesn't even span the width of my palm. The width is barely a half inch, if that, which makes the knife an uncomfortable fit for my hand when combined with the length of the handle. At best, this is a pen knife on par with those cheap mini Swiss Army knives you can buy for a few bucks from the pin on the counter at your local hardware store. The cheap knife I had growing up as a child for sharpening my pencils was larger than this. My grandfather did own a small dress knife. It's approximately 3 and a half inches long when folded up. This is a dangerous toy in comparison. On top of all that, it's made in China. For the size of this knife and the price Lehman's is asking for it, it's only worth a 2 star rating. I'm giving it 3 stars because it's my own fault for not looking at the "compact 2-1/8" when closed" on the listing. Luckily, I bought this on sale, so it didn't cost me the $17 they're regularly asking for it.
