Love old style tools

I have had many choppers over the years because Walnuts are my favorite "brain food." This one will probably be the last one I need to buy. The container part is small enough for my little hands to get a good grip, and the metal feeder bin is easy to handle, as well. I brush it's little "teeth" with a toothbrush and it is the cleanest little chopper around...I could barely get access with the toothbrush on the others. In it's homey way, it is beautiful, too. I cannot stand having to keep batteries for little tools like this, and now my little frother is the only one I have to use batteries with. I grind my own coffee, I mix with whisks or silicone spatulas, and rarely use my hand held mixer. I love kneading my own bread. This is a great model. Thanks!

This looked like the nut chopper my mother had, but I was wrong. So disappointed with this. It is small and poorly made and designed. Only about 4-6 pecan halves will fit in the tiny hopper. You have to hold the top on the jar while turing. So cheaply made. I am sorry to see Lehmans selling something like this as most of my purchases from them are great. Save your money!
