Roll Out Dough Precisely

To roll out dough to the correct thickness you need, use the right rolling pin for the job! With their long 24" length, these rolling pins are ideal for rolling out large sheets of pasta or cookie dough, when re-rolls need to be kept to a minimum. The handles allow dough to be rolled to exactly 1/8" or 1/4" due to difference between the width of the handle and width of the barrel on each pin.

How to Clean and Maintain Acacia Wood:

  • Wipe clean. Do not soak.
  • To dry, prop up off the counter to allow all surfaces to air dry evenly. Wood products should never be washed in the dishwasher.
  • After drying, rejuvenate and protect the wood by rubbing it down with Butcher Block Oil. Apply the oil liberally and allow it to soak in thoroughly before use. Regular application of Butcher Block Oil will prevent cracking and preserve the rich natural colors of the wood.
